Quality Assurance Program

The people at Great Lakes Calcium pride ourselves on the high standard of customer service we provide. We have a rigid quality control program, enhanced by ISO certification standards.

Our customers are provided with essential information:

  • Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Reports: These contain particle or sieve size analysis on each shipment of product to the customer.

  • Product Specifications: Complete product specifications are provided to all customers, as well as MSDS.

  • Quality Assurance: Constant Preventative Action Reports are initiated and followed through by our personnel. We also generate Corrective Action Reports on any internal or external issues that may arise.

  • Customer Satisfaction: We continually visit our customers, as well as provide questionnaires to ensure we are meeting or exceeding their expectations.

  • Agronomy Mailings: Customers are sent written and published materials bi-annually on ways to enhance and or improve crop production.

  • Custom Products: Great Lakes Calcium can customize a blend to meet a customer’s specific particle size requirements, if our standard products do not match the requirement.
